Nice, the shading is excellent, the face has so much depth, so smooth, and unflawed, the only slight crit I can give you is that the highlight on the nose (on the right, near the right nostril) is a little too strong, I think it needs to be slightly 'turned down'. Great effort and Good Job nonetheless :) Keep it up
